Data and account deletion

This page explains how to delete all data associated with One83, published by Kallos Labs LLC.

There is no account to close

One83 has no account and no sign-up. Nothing is registered with us, and we hold no server-side copy of your record. What exists is your data on your device, the read-only calendar access you granted if you connected Google, any backup file you chose to create, and a store subscription if you bought one. Each is handled below.

Delete everything from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open One83 and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete All Data, then confirm.

This immediately and permanently erases the local database (your presence record, flight records, any location records, notes, and settings), revokes the app's read-only access to your Google Calendar, removes stored tokens from your device's secure storage, cancels scheduled notifications, and returns the app to its first-run state. It is the whole of what we hold, because everything it deletes is on your device.

If you no longer have the app installed

  1. Local data: uninstalling the app already removed all data stored on your device.
  2. Google access: revoke the app's calendar permission at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  3. Backup files: any backup file or export is your own file, saved wherever you put it, for example your own iCloud Drive or Files. We never receive it and hold no copy, so delete it in the place you keep it.

What deletion does not affect

  • Subscriptions: deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not with us. Billing is handled by the store, and we hold no account of yours to cancel.
  • Crash diagnostics: anonymous crash reports, which contain no record, flight, or identity data, expire automatically under our 90-day retention setting.

If anything here does not work as described, write to support@one83.app or start from the support page.
